A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Sandy Morckel has raised over $30 million in philanthropic support for a variety of charitable causes since 1987. Prior to founding Premiere Consulting in 2000, Sandy served as Vice President of one of the largest regional fundraising consulting firms for four years, where she played a key role in elevating the standards of major gift fundraising in a multitude of philanthropic campaigns.

Over the past two decades, Sandy has held executive development leadership positions for four not-for-profit organizations, starting with the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation and the Arthritis Foundation. With five years of success in fundraising, Sandy was recruited to serve as Executive Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Central Ohio Chapter. In 1994, Sandy was recruited to serve as the first Director of Development of the Mid-Ohio FoodBank, where she orchestrated the FoodBank's first $3 million capital campaign, surpassing its original $2.5 million goal in just six months. This achievement capped off a successful decade in the non-profit development field, and launched her consulting career.

Sandy believes in empowering volunteers and organizations to achieve results. Through careful campaign preparation, strategic planning and key volunteer leadership recruitment, Sandy works to instill not-for-profit organizations with the capacity to increase philanthropic support and achieve organizational goals. While her not-for-profit experience is diverse, she specializes in the coordination of major gift, capital and comprehensive campaigns and readiness assessment preparation for small- to medium-sized organizations with a desire to expand their reach.

As one who practices what she preaches, Sandy is very active in civic and charitable causes within her own community. Sandy is a member of the Dublin A.M. Rotary Club, serving as President in 2000-2001 and is Past President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Central Ohio Chapter. She achieved her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) status in 1997 and maintains her certification.

A strong believer in community leadership development programs, Sandy is an alumnus and former board member of Leadership Dublin, and a graduate of LEADSandusky. Sandy serves on the board of Dublin Counseling Center, on the Events & Sponsorship Advisory Committee of Experience Columbus and was appointed to the Ohio Advisory Council of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in 2005. She is a member of the Columbus Metropolitan Club and provides pro bono consulting support to Montaña de Luz, a home for children with AIDS and HIV in Honduras. Sandy was recognized in 1999 as a Business First "Forty Under 40" Honoree in recognition for her charitable and civic involvement and professional achievements.
